Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles 2019 Guy Amiot

Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Demoiselles" is a white wine produced by Domaine Amiot, made from 50-year-old vineyards growing on limestone-clay soils. The yields are very low and this allows for a high aromatic concentration in the wines and an intense minerality.

After fermentation, the wine is aged for about 18 months in French oak barriques. This label is one of the most important of the Domaine: an important and refined Chardonnay, predisposed to a long aging that will give it great complexity and depth.

It has a straw-yellow colour with golden highlights, and both on the nose and in the mouth it presents a fine aromatic complexity: the nose offers scents of ripe fruit and mineral hints, while the sip is fresh and lively with aromas of honey, spices and toasted notes.
