Renosu Bianco Dettori
Renosu Bianco is a white wine from Sardinia produced by Dettori using natural methods. Dettori's Bianco Renosu is made from a blend of white grape varieties from vines that are about 45 years old.
The company follows biodynamic principles both in the vineyard and in the cellar, where any kind of chemical substance is banned and the only preparations allowed are copper and sulphur, while in the cellar the alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously in cement tanks. The liquid undergoes neither clarification nor filtration and is bottled with a low dose of sulphur dioxide.
The Dettori Bianco Renosu shows an intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose, intense and complex, expresses typical regional scents such as aromatic herbs, ripe yellow fruit and dried fruit. The taste is soft and round, balanced between softness and sapidity.
