Riesling Trocken 2020 Clemens Busch

Riesling Trocken 2020 is a German white wine produced with biodynamic methods by Clemens Busch. Grapes come from different vineyards of the Mosel region, fermentation takes place spontaneously in large used oak casks, whereas the final aging takes place in steel tanks for some months.

Riesling Trocken 2020 shows in the glass a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, while the nose plays on hints of fresh flowers and fruit, with delicate hints of honey. The taste is full bodied, with an evident crispness and sapidity typical of Riesling.

A lively and pleasing German white wine which can be easily matched with many dishes, in particular with fish.
