Roero Arneis 2021 Giovanni Rosso

After 7 years of studies, the Giovanni Rosso winery has succeeded in obtaining a Roero Arneis as it wished: soft, fresh and generous. This white wine from Piedmont, like all the wines in the Giovanni Rosso range, impeccably respects its terroir of origin:

the Roero in this case, an area that in ancient times enjoyed the presence of the sea, giving the wine great minerality and flavour. Spontaneous fermentation is carried out in steel where the wine remains to refine for a few months, the decision not to use wood is linked to the desire to maintain a fresh and immediate style.

Giovanni Rosso's Roero Arneis 2021 expresses a luminous straw yellow colour to the eye. The nose offers aromas of white peach and citrus fruits, iodine and mineral notes, for a pleasant and balanced sip between freshness and softness, ending in a savoury finish. A perfect wine for the summer season, pleasant and with character.
