Roero “Bin Fait” 2021 Lanzarotti
Roero “Bin Fait” 2021 by Lanzarotti is a refined and expressive Nebbiolo, crafted from vineyards in Monteu Roero and Vezza d’Alba at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level. The sandy soils and southwest exposure lend the wine remarkable finesse and an intense yet delicate aromatic profile.
The vinification follows traditional methods, with a submerged cap maceration for 15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in large oak barrels for about 12-14 months, followed by an additional 6-10 months of bottle aging, ensuring balance and complexity.
In the glass, it reveals a brilliant ruby-red color. The nose is marked by elegant floral notes of dog rose, complemented by aromas of red berries such as blueberries and raspberries. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with a harmonious structure and a persistent, warm, slightly spicy finish.
Thanks to its exceptional elegance and aging potential (over 10 years), Roero “Bin Fait” 2021 pairs beautifully with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, enhancing their flavors with its refined complexity.
