Sancerre Rouge 2019 Domaine Fouassier

Sancerre Rouge 2019 is a Loire red wine produced according to natural methods by Domaine Fouassier. It is made from pure Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated according to biodynamic farming principles from vines of about 35 years of age. After destemming, spontaneous fermentation takes place with maceration in skins for 4-6 weeks in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in used vats for one year. Domaine Fouassier's Sancerre Rouge is a red wine of great personality, elegance and richness, which expresses in the nose a bouquet of fruity and earthy scents for an enveloping sip, structured but at the same time very elegant.

WINE-MAKING: crushing and destemming, spontaneous fermentation with maceration on skins for 4-6 weeks in stainless steel vats, ageing in used pièces for one year.
