Sauvignon Meriggio 2020 Fontodi 

The Sauvignon "Meriggio" is a fresh and pleasant white wine produced by the Tuscan winery Fontodi. It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, fermented at a controlled temperature and aged for 6 months in steel tanks. A very pleasant white characterized by a remarkable freshness, which expresses a bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose there are scents of fruit, wild flowers and fresh herbs. The taste has a lively acidity and a certain amount of flavor that are balanced by a nice softness.

VINIFICATION: fermentation at controlled temperature and refinement in stainless steel for 6 months.
