Tavel "La Reine des Bois" from Domaine de la Mordorée has been an emblematic cuvée since its creation. This gastronomic wine captivates with its aromas of red fruits, crispness, richness, and delicacy. A wine of character, sensuality, elegance, with remarkable persistence on the palate.
Crafted from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Clairette, and Cinsault, each sip narrates the story of vineyards and terroirs certified in Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture by Demeter. Grapes, hand-harvested and sorted, originate from the Plateau de Vallongue, a villafranchienne terrace of pebbles on sandy-clay soil.
In the winemaking process, adhering strictly to the Organic and Biodynamic method, employing indigenous yeasts and limited sulfites, grapes undergo destemming, crushing, and cold maceration to extract the essence of the terroir.
Its intense pink color enchants the eye, while its aromas of flowers, white and red fruits, tantalize the nose. On the palate, it presents itself airy, elegant, fresh, and enveloping.
