Tragugnano Orvieto Secco Bio 2020 Sergio Mottura
Tragugnano Orvieto secco Bio 2020 is an organic white wine produced in Lazio by Sergio Mottura. It is made from 50% Grechetto, 50% Procanico and 10% Sauvignon grapes from the highly suitable terroir of Civitella d'Agliano, on the border between Lazio and Umbria.
Produced according to organic farming principles, the wine ferments in steel where it remains to refine for a period of 6 months on the fine lees. Ageing in steel allows freshness and vivacity to be preserved.
Sergio Mottura's Tragugnano Orvieto secco Bio 2020 shows a straw yellow colour with golden reflections in the glass. The nose offers fresh and delicate aromas of white flowers, fruit and mineral notes. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, drinkable and well-balanced.
