Trebbiano D'Abruzzo 2021 Valentina
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo 2021 is a white wine from Abruzzo region by La Valentina. It comes from pure Trebbiano grapes that are harvested on a 5-hectare vineyard scattered in the province of Pescara between San Valentino, Spoltore and Alanno.
The vineyards are between 25 and 35 years old, and rest on a mainly clayey soil. The harvest is followed by a careful selection of the grapes, which are de-stemmed and undergo a soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel at low temperatures, and aging takes place in steel tanks.
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Valentina is a fresh and immediate wine, light straw yellow in color, the nose mainly gives fruity aromas of apple, along with fresh citrus scents. Then herbaceous notes and delicate white wild flowers. On the palate it is fresh and immediate, with a savory finish that recalls the herbaceous sensations. It is a wine that encloses its personality in simplicity and reflects the terroir of origin.
