Verdeca Sette Lune 2017 L'Archetipo
Verdeca Sette Lune 2017 is a natural wine from Puglia produced by L'Archetipo. It is made from 100% Verdeca grapes cultivated according to synergistic agriculture, a type of philosophy that goes beyond biodynamics, for example, by differing from the latter in terms of ploughing.
The idea is that nature should not be touched because it is totally capable of managing itself. Alcoholic fermentation and then spontaneous malolactic fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for about 7 months (7 moons), then separating the skins from the must through soft pressing, natural decantation and no clarification or filtration.
The Verdeca Sette Lune 2017 is a medium-bodied white wine that expresses itself on the nose with a straw-yellow colour with golden hues. The nose is characterised by a fruity, floral, herbaceous and mineral nose, while the sip is endowed with good freshness and persistence.
