Vin de France "Rosé d'un Jour" 2019 Ferme de la Sansonniere
The 2019 Vin de France "Rosé d'un Jour" is a rosé wine from the Loire Valley produced according to biodynamic methods. It is made from the indigenous Grolleau Gris grape variety, from sapling vines about 40 years old growing on shale soil. There is the utmost respect for nature in all the steps from the vineyard to the winery After the grapes are softly pressed, the must ferments spontaneously and ages for 2 weeks on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. The "Rosé d'un Jour" is a wine of great softness and elegance: coral pink in color, it expresses fruity hints of pomegranate on the nose, for a very pleasant, soft sip with a hint of flavor.
