Vosne Romanee Les Beaux Monts 2016 is a fine Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Georges Noellat. The Pinot Noir grapes of the Village of Vosne-Romanee make up this cuvée from grapes coming from the municipality of Les Beaux Monts, located between Vosne-Romanée and Flagey. Always considered the best among the municipal plots, it gives wines of great elegance, like this Vosne Romanée base which is a very refined wine. Bright ruby red in color, it expresses a complex and harmonious nose of dried flowers, prickly pears and spices such as green pepper. The sip is still a bit shifted on the hardness, with a remarkable freshness and flavor balanced by alcohol, together with a delicate and silky tannin. A wine with a great predisposition to aging, it will reach its balance with time.
