White Oak “Akashi” Japanese Blended Whisky White Oak Distillery
Whisky Japanese Blended White is a Japanese whisky produced by Oak Distillery. It is a big, creamy and structured Blended Whisky, composed of 30% barley malt and 70% other cereals. Once the distillation process is complete, the whisky is matured for a minimum period of 3 years in casks used to age Bourbon or the fine and aromatic Spanish wines of Jerez. Intense golden yellow colour tending towards amber, it is characterised by light and delicate aromas, including notes of cereals, honeyed scents and nuances of yellow fruit, as well as slightly more intense hints of American oak. On the palate, it is enveloping and balanced, intense and slightly spicy, with aromas reminiscent of the olfactory scents, and flavours of vanilla, almond, chamomile, Sherry and dark chocolate. The persistence is long, dry, spicy and tannic.
