Tavel 2023 Romain Le Bars
Romain Le Bars’ Tavel 2023 is a rosé wine of remarkable finesse and character, showcasing the true essence of the Rhône Valley terroir. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, it undergoes a diverse vinification process: direct pressing for part of the Syrah, while Grenache, Cinsault, and the remaining Syrah undergo a short carbonic maceration to enhance the fruit’s freshness.
The wine is then aged in barrels, foudres, and vats, adding layers of depth and complexity. The nose reveals aromas of crushed strawberries, freshly picked cherries, and garrigue, with a hint of sweet spice.
On the palate, it bursts with juicy red berries, lively tension, and a smooth, energetic texture that makes it perfect for convivial moments. An ideal pairing for Mediterranean dishes and sunny gatherings.
