Le Vestides by Romain Le Bars is a red wine that captures the freshness and elegance of Cinsault, organically grown on clay-limestone soils in the Tavel region.
The winemaking process involves a ten-day carbonic maceration with whole clusters, followed by nine months of aging in large barrels (muid). This method enhances the wine’s depth and finesse, resulting in an intense aromatic profile of crushed raspberries, wild strawberries, sweet spices, and delicate floral nuances.
On the palate, Le Vestides stands out for its silky texture and smooth tannins, perfectly balancing roundness with lively energy. An accessible and joyful red, ideal for pairing with grilled meats, red meat dishes, or a classic boeuf bourguignon. Inspired by the tradition of great Tavels, this wine embodies conviviality and pure pleasure.
